Boko Haram's intelligence gathering is more efficient than Nigeria's

Respected Nigerian Civil war hero and elder statesman, Rtd. Lt. General Theophilus Yakubu Danjuma has emphatically declared that when it comes to intelligence gathering, dreaded insurgent group, Boko Haram trumps the capabilities of the Nigerian Army.
Danjuma stated that the insurgents have sleeper-cells within the civilian populace, hence, their edge over the Nigerian Army.
The former Army Chief also said that Boko Haram's new strategy of attacking soft targets is yielding the desired results for them because their agents within civilians have the opportunity of carrying out surveillance and gathering intelligence.
He made this latest observation while commissioning the new secretariat built by the catholic diocese of Sokoto by Bishop Matthew Hassan Kukah, on Tuesday.
